1. Players are expected to join the custom room at least 10 minutes before the scheduled match time to avoid last-minute issues and delays.

2. Players must use their own Riot ID during registration and gameplay. Using another player’s Riot ID or account is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

3. Any use of cheats, hacks, exploits, third-party software, or unfair gameplay practices will lead to immediate disqualification from the match and future tournaments on ValorClash.

4. To request a refund, players must provide a complete payment screenshot where the transaction ID and payment details are clearly visible. Any edited, fake, AI-generated, or manipulated screenshots will result in refund rejection. Refund requests must be sent through email or the Contact Us section.

5. Any form of abusive behavior, including verbal abuse, toxic communication, harassment, hate speech, or offensive text messages during matches or in chat, will not be tolerated. Players violating this rule may face suspension or permanent bans from ValorClash tournaments.

6. All players are expected to maintain fair play, sportsmanship, and respectful behavior throughout the tournament.

7. If a player fails to join the match within the scheduled time and the additional 5-minute waiting period, the player will be disqualified and will receive only 50% of the registration fee as a refund.

8. While making payments through Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or other UPI apps, players must mention their Riot ID in the payment notes/remarks section for easier payment verification and tracking.

9. The final decision regarding disputes, disqualifications, refunds, and match results will remain with the ValorClash administration team.
